I'm done.
I Can't do this anymore. I can't. My heart can't ake it.
It's been a nice run. I've bled Purple and Gold all my life. I can't do i anymore. I jus can't.

Settle down. It's all good. If I'm not mistaken, the Packer win eliminated the Vikings from their impossible playoff dream anyway. So the loss, however frustrating, is just another loss in a non-playoff season that matters not at all big picture. Great to see them fight to the end. Sad to see the defense and special teams coach drop the ball so big time. Next year will be better. Skol!

Hey, cheer up buttercup. We have genuine criminals as owners. Maybe we can get a rigged Super Bowl, too?
Re: I'm done.
no it didn't actually, we could still make it if the Packers lose out, Lions lose out, Bears only beat the Packers and we won out.CalVike wrote:Settle down. It's all good. The Wilf's were found guilty in civil court, not criminal. They only criminal thing they've done is Hire Frazier and Co.Hunter Morrow wrote:Hey, cheer up buttercup. We have genuine criminals as owners. Maybe we can get a rigged Super Bowl, too?
Viking fan since '65

That's what I said in '03 after we lost to the Cardinals and were knocked out of the playoffs in heartbreaking fashion. 10 years later I'm still here, but now you know why some of us are so negative toward this franchise lol. How anyone can watch this team and not expect the worst each game is beyond me. Anything above jaded is irrational IMO.PurpleMustReign wrote:I Can't do this anymore. I can't. My heart can't ake it.

These 4th quarter losses have to at least count as assault. I want to sue for emotional pain and suffering.me4get wrote: The Wilf's were found guilty in civil court, not criminal. They only criminal thing they've done is Hire Frazier and Co.

And 3 times in 1 game has to qualify as mental rape.Hunter Morrow wrote: These 4th quarter losses have to at least count as assault. I want to sue for emotional pain and suffering.

All right get your head out of your ####. This is the game to make you quit, of all things? Here is a reddit post about the game:
"This really is the game we needed though, in all honesty. We saw some great things by our team. Cordarrelle Patterson single handedly proved that he was worth every single pick we traded to get him. And we lost which helps our pick. But it was not a loss where we can feel extremely pathetic about. It was a loss handed to us by the refs, but it was a win on by the individual efforts of our team.
I'm really sad right now. And you know what? I'm also happy. It's been a long time since I have been this emotionally invested in a Vikings game.
It stings, but sometimes it's the pain that reminds you you're still alive."
But if you want to quit go ahead. I just hope you don't post here when the Vikings do make the playoffs and make it to the super bowl.
When you're born, you get a ticket to the freak show. When you're born in America, you get a front row seat.
Re: I'm done.
No you're not. This wasn't even a game that had any serious implications. We're all mad. If it makes you feel any better, this loss really wasn't on the Vikings. Sure, they could've gotten stops when they needed 'em...but in a game that was decided by 1 possession, let's not forget how the Ravens got that possession.PurpleMustReign wrote:I Can't do this anymore.
