Pure speculation on my part, but I would say the injury was more of a factor than him losing a step last season. If he's really slowed down it should be obvious by week 8 this year, provided he is healthy otherwise.
And for some reason I kept thinking that he was older than 31....I thought he was 34. He's only 1 year older than Robison. If I understand correctly he'll have have played out his entire contract at the end of this season which would mean he's collected $73.26 mil from Minny.
What does anyone think would be a fair 3yr deal for him? $12-$15mil with incentives?
