Loved that video! Especially the part where the ref asked him how much he had left to break the record on their last drive and AD said he didn't know.

It really is special to be able to watch such an incredible athlete and person perform at this level.

I love at the end how his first reaction to being 9 yards short of the record is just to do it again another year.

There's no doubt in my mind if he wasn't coming off major reconstructive knee surgery he would have shattered the record. Even if he had one more month of rehab. I mean, look at his numbers starting in week 7: http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/416 ... n-peterson

It's a travesty he didn't break it this year. Here's hoping he obliterates it (AP3K?) next season. Then shatters that record the following year.

Yeah-- I think he said he'd do it next year and it won't be so close. I strongly think he'll be right barring injury.

Honestly I absolute love watching this guy. What an amazing athlete and person, can't ask for a better leader and teammate. AP I salute you SIR!!

He's the only RB I know of that the second you see him take the handoff your heart races with anticipation. Every single time.
