Berrian "calling" for Carr......

Post by Vader »

Take it for what it is worth but I have been told that Benard has been in contact with his old FSU teammate QB David Carr. The 2 hooked up for 15 TDs Carr's Senior year. Berrian has been telling the front office how much he would like to have Carr in as a security to TJ. I also heard that the owner and the GM want to bring Carr in but Childress does not like the way he delivers the football...... Like I said take it for what its worth but I have no reason to make it up.

What is your source? The old "I've heard" without a link to the information is pretty useless.

If I had to choose between Carr or Harrington, I would pick Harrington, right now he has a 77.2 passer rating. That is better than any QB we've got. Let's pick him up.

Childress made that "delivery" comment the last time Carr was available in FA.

That's the chain that holds his cloak on.
