Just because you recall his name being called frequently versus the vikings in the last 5 years doesn't make him beast

I can't tell if you're being serious or sarcastic...are you confusing him with Clay Matthews?mosscarter wrote:what do you mean? greenway has been washed up for about 4 years now a.j. hawk would be a MAJOR upgrade. some of the comments on here amaze me a.j. hawk has been a beast his whole career and he is younger than greenway and would probably not cost much, so what in the world is the argument about not signing him?
I hope we sign Moore!!! Moore has been a stud when healthy however he had a very scary leg issue a little while back.....frosted wrote:I don't know a lot about Moore, anyone have a pulse on his playing style/ability?

Now that we have Harry playing the "in the box" safety role, Moore would be a great fit opposite of him. He was tied for the team lead in INTs last year with Denver so he obviously recovered from his injury ok. This would be a very good signing and considered our "splash" signing if you ask me. He's a monster hitter and a ball hawk back there.Broncos FS Rahim Moore is completely recovered from the lateral compartment syndrome that ended his 2013 season.
Moore nearly lost his leg as a result of the rare and scary injury, but now all that remains is a large scar. He's penciled back in as the starting free safety, a role he shined in last season. Wed, May 28, 2014 08:47:00 AM
This could grant everyone's wish!ESPN's Josina Anderson reports the 49ers and Vikings have expressed interest in free agent Brian Hoyer.
Hoyer wants to go somewhere he'd have a chance to compete for the starting job. It wouldn't happen in either Minnesota or San Francisco, but we highly doubt there are more than 1-2 teams willing to give Hoyer a shot as a starter. He proved last season as a turnover-prone "game manager" that he's a backup.

The #Vikings have reached out to free-agent safety Taylor Mays, per a league source. Mays played for Mike Zimmer in Cincinnati.
Source says Vikings reach out to representative of 49ers star guard Mike Iupati.

For sure, he's a sub package player, he can play OLB in nickel and dime if needed as well, I believe Zimmer utilized him that way in the past.Pondering Her Percy wrote: He would provide some solid depth at the position but I would much rather pay the extra money for Rahim Moore
