Ah ok, sounds good. Sounds like I'll have a little playing around to do with it. So far it seems to be a nice option for watching games!
The coaches film is the best part. I'm betting you'll enjoy that during the regular season.

Cool, yes, I'm definitely looking forward to checking that feature out!

If you don't want to wait, you should have access to games from last season already so you can check out that feature on one of them.

On the page where you select which game you want to watch or hear, you should see an option to select the home or away broadcast (see below).

Hmm. I may be doing something a bit more unorthodox. Using NFL mobile app on my phone, and I don't see that option.
From there I mirror it to my Amazon fire stick. Since whoever (NFL?) can't be bothered to make an app for the firestick. I don't have any of the other options available to stream it to my TV. Yet...
I'll check out the PC and see if I have different options there

It could also be because I'm still in the trial period?
Edit to add...
Ah, On the PC version, I get the broadcast option, which is mostly the Bengals announcers, except for a few minutes in the first quarter (Same as on my phone). You can also listen to full audio broadcasts, either home or away. It appears to be pretty much the same options as the mobile version.

I don't know if this is new but season ticket holders received Game Pass for free this year. So if you know a season ticket holder...

Yes, they did away with that option. They also used to offer a subscription to the radio broadcasts separately from the video repeats.
I've been a Game Pass subscriber since they created that package and I've found it worth the money. I listen to the games live when I can't watch them and then watch them the next day. It's also a great way to see some other games of interest.
One of the best aspects of Game Pass is access to the "coach's film", which is usually available by mid-week following the game.
If you can afford the $100 and you think you'll make regular use of the services, it's worth it.
Yea, 'Gamepass`, 'audiopass' and 'Game Rewind' were all seperate things prior to this year, where they were all combined.

As you said, it's cheaper than going out to a bar to watch the games every week (at least if you buy food and drinks).
Trying to have a media blackout until you can watch is difficult. I can't do it. I just listen live (it's fun). If you have NFLRedZone, you can always go to that when you hear a team in the Vikes game get near scoring position. They will often (but unfortunately, not always) go to the game at that point. That's what I tend to do.
Another nice aspect of Game Pass is that you can watch the game in real time or watch an abbreviated version that shows all of the plays but cuts out the huddling and down time between them. That's not ideal but it's a way to take in the game if you don't have much free time.
Yea, Sunday ticket has these as well, but their's are called shortcuts.

I tend to re-watch the losses in "condensed" format. That minimizes the pain, but I still get to see all the plays. Some games just can't be re-watched at any speed. The first Seattle and GB games last year, for example.

Living in Southeast Virginia I paid for the Direct TV package to watch the Vikings. However, the cost is too large. I now stream every game, including preseason from Europe. All you need is high speeed Internet and you will be able view every game using either the FOX feed or feed from Direct TV. And yes, it is legal.

Haven't read through all of the replys so apologies if it has been mentioned. If you have a sirius/xm subscription in your vehicle and you are just wanting to listen to the game you can download the sirusxm app on your phone/tablet and they always stream game audio on there traffic/weather channelsfor just about every game.

If you live in an apartment you can get the Sunday Ticket package. I bring it up because I didn't realize this existed, so maybe some of you can learned what I did.
Also, if you are a college student, but that don't apply to me.

During the preseason, the video broadcast seems to be available (that's how I watched Friday's game). That might be new because i don't remember that option being available lat year. Maybe I just missed it.
During the regular season, only the "listen" option is available on game days. The video isn't made available until some time after the Sunday night game. Exactly when seems to vary but I've found it's always available by Monday morning.
I was going to ask this. Because from what I can see online you can't watch regular season games live, but I was hoping the replay would be available shortly after. Doesn't sound like I could watch a noon game at 6pm...

I did some digging and according to this...
https://digitalcare.nfl.com/hc/en-us/ar ... lish-Times
•Broadcast versions of Sunday morning and afternoon games (9:30am ET, 1pm ET & 4pm ET) are available by 8pm ET on Sunday.
I hope this is true! Then I could watch the Vikes before heading to work on Monday morning!

Oh wow, this is sounding even better. Now, I can go out during the day while the weather is still nice and come home and watch the game in the evening. Having them available by 5pm Pacific will be great!
