I agree with Nwangwu, but I think he's going to make his biggest mark as a kick returner. He's really dangerous there, and if he gets a step in the open field, forget it. I know Smith-Marsette is also a KR, but Kene has a knack and will win the job, I believe.IIsweet wrote: ↑Fri May 21, 2021 9:37 am I chose Nwangwu... 6'1" 210. Ran 4.25-4.31 strong. He could even be a guy that they throw out in the slot in motion on offense. Maybe a WR screen with him on 1 side. Run play action out of a split backfield with Cook 1 way and have this kid on the other.
I think this kid sees more time than anyone else.
Do something to what Jacksonville is playing around with for Etienne.
Could be a big play every game kind of kid !
As for catching passes, I don't know. Nwangwu set a career high with Iowa State last year ... 3 receptions. In his defense, ISU rarely throws to backs. I suppose you could see him used on bubble screens, where his speed would make him a threat. But honestly, if he doesn't score at least once on a kickoff return, I'll be surprised.

Go ahead. I dare you.
Underestimate this man.
