I think that's correct, but he was "in the process of" losing possession when that happened. I don't think they would have overturned if it was reviewed.

No they didn't, Cobb had it when the knee went down.

Why didn't they pick up the blocked punt? Since a Packer's player touched it wouldn't it have been treated the same as a muffed punt?
