He did kickoffs in college, but even if he could kick FGs, who would hold?

Patterson is so good it is a shame he got beat out by Thielen for a WR spot that actually sees the field as a WR.

There is a zero sum exchange between our pass protection and our running protection it seems.

Patterson is a great athlete, but he does not run routes effectively. There is a reason he plays when he plays.

Apparently, we cannot run-block. Kind of a big problem.

If Walsh goes 1/2 on the FGs he missed, and makes the XP, we would be up by 6 and I wuold feel better.

A bit. Love the average third down distance of 10+

So the pass on 1st down also doesn't work with AD in the game. Got it.

So you're saying it's bad to have a pass blocking line on a team without a passer or it's bad to have a RB on a team that cannot run block?

8-9 defenders in the box , they are daring us to pass the ball, why can't we?

Yeah this has the feeling of us trying to run out the clock but losing by 1 point.

I agree (assuming you are being serious). Do something to Patterson. I don't care if he runs every route backwards, he makes plays with the ball.
