Let's be honest, Vikings colors are not the most fashionable manly colors to wear.

Don't hate on my Buckeyes. Some of the best Vikings went to Ohio State.

I don't know much about this kid and his past personal, life so I'm not calling him a gangster or anything. But he needs needs to grow up now and realise where he's at and who and what he represents.

You would think a guy who was a first round pick by his team, going to be making millions, could at least support that team by wear their hat. It just makes common sense to me. But I bet Zimmer doesnt make too big of a deal over it, so neither should we. Looking at the OTA's he and Kyle are going to be awesome 1st down/TD receivers. Kinda like Morgan too, Rhett better be careful.

You got all of that from a guy smiling and matching his Black hat to this Black outfit?

Bigot much
Just to be clear I gave 3 examples of what it may have been. I said "I think it's more of a fashion thing".....meaning he was matching his hat to his outfit. Not sure where you got anything related to being a bigot from that.

My goodness, you people can be sensitive. As long as he isn't wearing a Packer hat i dont care what he wears.

That's interesting, I also own a raider hat as well. lol However, I'm not in a gang nor am I a fan of the Oakland Raiders. I also own a New England Patriots throwback hat. I'm not a fan of them either. In the Urban community it's a fashion thing man. Like someone said earlier, The Vikings colors aren't exactly fashionable for your everyday wear. And you know the Urban community loves to match. See black goes with almost goes with anything. And you may ask yourself, "why not just get a plain black hat?" Too generic, it's more stylish with a logo in front of. Oh and the Raiders logo isn't gang related. The color black is gang related in Oakland and it's just so convenient that the team colors are Black and Silver. So it's like their able to rep their gang and football team at the same time.

I can definitely see it from a fans perspective too. But outside of football he's still a human, he should be able to wear what he wants as long as the NFL has no problem with players sporting other NFL team's hats. If I were him, I just wouldn't post it again. You know many fans will be watching his every move.

I dont have a problem with it. I think its foolish and immature. None of it matters, lets just hope he can catch the ball come this fall.

Does he know someone from the Raiders? Did he lose a bet with a buddy?
Does anyone really think that he's less of a Viking because he wore a stylish hat that looks good with his threads ?

Waynes is still recovering from all the playing he did last year, as our #1 pick.....but at least he fast! He and Cp run races on the side of the field when they aernt playing.

As explained plenty of times, there was no reason to rush him onto the field or start him. Newman was very solid all year. You probably won't see his playing time truly spike until Newman is gone.

DB takes a bit longer to long. Rhodes was thrown into the wolves but you can definitely see the improvement compared to his first year. I say atleast 1-2 years on the bench is good for more 1st round picks no matter what position. I know people see 1st round and think this person must step in and start right away. In many cases, coaches have no choice because there's no other suitable options for that position they want upgraded. But I think if it were possible all the time, more coaches would put an experienced vet over the position where they drafted a 1st pick at.
