Very stupid. He is a professional now, if u rep a team it should be a team that is paying you millions. It's like if Aaron Rodgers wore a 49rs hat.....

Hopefully he will have gained more respect for the organization once he actually spends more time with the team and starts winning some games.

Who cares...... really, he can wear whatever hat he likes. Maybe he just likes the colors. Or maybe he likes the symbol. Or maybe he likes the way it fits his head. Or maybe he is a huge bo Jackson fan. Or maybe he just likes the Raiders.

Seriously who cares what hat he wears and why should anyone give him #### about it.

Didn't kaepernick do something like this? I want to say he wore a Dolphins hat? My brain could be shorting out again.

Yeah Kapernick wore Miami Dolphins gear and got slammed for it....

as far as mistakes go.. its not like beating a girl in public or drugs mailed to himself...

but yes the Fans have a right not to like the fashion choice

I think it's more of a "fashion" thing......in some neck of the woods it's a tough guy symbol. To an extreme I've seen documentaries about gangs and tend to see the Raider hat in several episodes. I hope he just learns from it and we can all forget about it.

Seriously, it's time to grow up. Raiders gear is a huge gang symbol these days as well as a football team. I don't know much about this kid and his past personal, life so I'm not calling him a gangster or anything. But he needs needs to grow up now and realise where he's at and who and what he represents.

Trade him. Maybe we can get a 4th round pick from Oakland.

I could care less, though I understand if it irks some fans. You know what I DO care about? This:

But he wore another teams hat!

Forget about Treadwell growing up. Adults getting worked up about what hat another adult is wearing should be the ones growing up.

i get wearing it, but why go on social media so all of your fans can see it. you know the fans of the team that just paid you a bonus? keenan allen did something similar with the chargers a few years back and it eventually blew over as will this, but I don't get the motivation of a player doing it.
