They don't call it very often anymore. The only time you might see it is if one defender has a hold of the qb and there are other defenders in the area it protects the qb. When there is just 1 defender grabbing the qb they won't call in the grasp.

Teddy time! Pretty bad situation for him (thanks to not being aggressive on 1st and 2nd most of the game), but let's see that comeback kid!
