How do you not fault Rhodes for that? It was brutal. It doesn't matter where the ball was. Awareness of the ball would've resulted in an easy INT.808vikingsfan wrote:Vikings D is playing lights out. Hard to fault Rhodes for that PI. Ball was well under thrown. That play by Kendricks.

Don't look now, but the cold seems to be affecting the Seahawks more than the Vikings.
Keep running Adrian. He leads the league in 4th quarter yards, YPC, and TDs. We can wear this Seattle defense down. They've been out there almost 18 minutes. Keep pounding, and AP (or McKinnin) will break one.

It is interesting that Seattle isn't attempting long FGs. That bodes well for the Vikings.dead_poet wrote:Vikings have won every game this year when they've had the lead at halftime.

Well, they've only played one game so far this year and wondead_poet wrote:Vikings have won every game this year when they've had the lead at halftime.

Sendejo did not 1, but 2 bad mistakes there. He and Loche are such liabilities to this team. They do more damage then some old vets the Vikes could pick up.
Re: Seahawks @ Vikings Game Day Discussion Thread - Wild Car
3-0. So far, so good. The defense is playing well and I like the game plan. I wish the Vikes had taken a shot to the endzone when they were near the goal line. Points appear to be at a premium in this one so if they get into first and goal again, I think they need to push a little harder for the TD. Don't be reckless but take that shot. Seattle's defense tackles well so the odds of throwing short and running it in probably aren't great.
Anyway, the Vikes are 30 minutes away from advancing in the postseason. Here's hoping for a great second half!

We only led 6-3 at the half at Lamblo. Things look fairly promising to me.

Agree. Have to keep running game active and watch the read-option on defense & penalties.yezzir wrote:If we win, it'll be because we stick with Adrian. His 5 yard runs keep the clock running and punish tacklers. If we score touchdowns I think it'll be Diggs and/or McKinnon.

I agree. Wear 'em down and then break their spirit.

Do you reckon Walsh would in the same situation? We know he can hit a long FG but with so much at stake it could be risky.PurpleMustReign wrote: It is interesting that Seattle isn't attempting long FGs. That bodes well for the Vikings.

That's it. They'll go back to that read-option. Gotta be ready.autobon7 wrote:
