We're in the playoffs with this offensive line, and you still want to change the O-Line coach?
Two starters went down. Two players moved to new positions. You think we need three new offensive linemen (at least) but you don't think the guy who's coaching this group is doing his job? :spanking:

We're also in the playoffs with Andrew Sendejo starting at S, but I assume you want to replace Andrew Sendejo.

this offensive line is terrible. the weakest link on the team.

Yes because Kalil has regressed, Fusco has regressed, and They have been terrible all year. Why is that so hard to understand?

IMO, Davidson has done very little for this oline. I hope Zimmer is looking for someone. Maybe The Wilf's would spend some cash to get Tice back.

Tice isn't available. He's the Raiders OL coach.

We'd have to trade for him ;)

I wonder, if they do make a change, who they would replace Davidson with.

OL coaches from teams making coaching changes

John Benton MIA
George DeLeon CLE
Bob Bostad TEN
Pat Flaherty NYG
Jeff Stoutland PHI
George Warhop TB
Chris Foerster SF

Not sure if any of these guys would be an upgrade or might have a history with Turner/Zimmer.

George Warhop served as O Line coach under Norv Turner (OC) in 2006 with the 49ers. That seems to be the only direct connection I can find.

Should Marvin Lewis get canned, I'd be intrigued to go after Paul Alexander

Image

Paul Alexander is in his 21st straight season as Bengals offensive line coach, and he is also the team’s assistant head coach, having added that designation in 2003, when Marvin Lewis took over as head coach. He has 22 seasons overall with Cincinnati, having opened his tenure with one season as tight ends coach. His 22 seasons as a position coach are second-most in Bengals history, behind only Jim Anderson, who logged 29 seasons (1984-2012) as running backs coach.

#Vikings inquiring about ex-Dolphins interim coach Dan Campbell
Very intriguing! I wonder what he would coach here. I believe he did TEs in Miami. They say everyone in the locker room loves him. I would be all for this signing

#Vikings fire offensive line coach Jeff Davidson
Woot woot!!! Maybe this is why they are looking at Dan Campbell. Good move and I think the organization is well aware of the offensive line problem which is a good sign

I had meant to post about Campbell but you beat me to the punch. I'd like to have him in here as O-Line coach.
