I guess the question going forward is this: Do we want to build a team around a 31 year old running back, or a 23 year old quarterback?
The defense will get better and better. But there is something very amiss with the offense.
The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps.

The coaching sucked, and imo, this was the worst playing calling Ive seen all year. Dont know if Teddy is just missing whats being called, or if whats being called just sucks. Either way, I wouldnt mind losing Norv and his son as soon as we are out of the playoff hunt. I mean if we get out of the playoff hunt. And I certainly dont trust Rick on a new QB, Backup QB, or 3rd string QB.
Now you're talking us getting a new QB? Weren't you the one defending him all along?

If it wasnt for AD changing their minds around the bye week, and AD being center of the O, we might have 5 wins, at most.

WHY CANT THEY GIVE CLEMMINGS HELP?????? Kyle is invisable, I just dont get it.
Rudy was second on the team in catches behind AP this game. Our WRs are the ones that are invisible. Partly due to the fact that teddy won't throw down field

Look at your sig, then talk to me.

If we are running Norv's system, we need a different style of QB. And a WR not named Wallace. Do you understand now why Miami was so happy to get rid of him?

If some of the calls, or plays on the field, are the result of Teddy not having a clue, then we need to look at all positions. But not picked by Rick. May end up be the worst GM to draft QBs in history.

Derek Carr would look like David Carr if he played in Minnesota. Vertical routes take more time to develop. In Oakland they run more of a west coast offense to get the ball out quickly. With a wr like Diggs who is in and out of his breaks quickly then I think the west coast offense would be idea for this team. Norv doesn't have a HOF offensive line like he had in Dallas. Dallas had several HOF players and Norv needs to adjust his scheme to what players we do have. It's frustrating to watch.

Lol I'm talking to you right now and I haven't changed my Sig in 2 years. Now all of the sudden we need a different QB to run Norvs system. I find it funny that you say that after 13 weeks of mediocre QB play. If I had to guess, it's your attempt to cover up your constant defending of Teddy.

You can blame Wallace all you want but as I've said 10 times, what about the 6 over/under throws Teddy has had to him. Diggs is a great route runner and he's not even getting thrown to enough anymore. Its disgusting to watch

If anyone has seen Seattle games prior to their bye week you'd realize that Russell had the same issues as Teddy. He's just more of an athlete than Teddy and could extend plays longer. Russell would drop back and have to run for his life. The coaches shortened up the passing routes and Russell Wilson has looked like a totally different QB since the bye week. Minnesota should follow the Seahawk's lead. Teddy has some things to work on but he's also a second year QB who is still prone to some bad habits. He has great poise and is pretty accurate but I fear he suffers the Alex Smith syndrome of playing it safe. It's time to start letting that ball fly.
