It was in bounds. He got called because Stafford was "on his way out of bounds", but the shove occured in bounds. Makes no sense.

First of all please refrain from calling anyone an idiot. Secondly, the penalty that was called was for a late hit out of bounds, that's what the refs called. I never said that he was out of bounds.
