And AP would have done even better had he played. Not to mention, AP completely changes how Defenses play, JM isnt scaring anyone bro.

After watching this I wonder how many games this Vikings team is capable of winning this year. I know it's only one game, but this team can't stop the run and can't block on offense. Line play is terrible on both sides of the ball and I don't how how the Vikings can fix it with the players they have.

At least Harrison Smith knocked Kaepernick to next Sunday.

That was a disaster. If they don't improve dramatically they won't win 4 games.

They started off the season with a win, so they are entitled to a little excitement. That said, week 1 is always crazy, the sky isnt falling for the Vikings.

Why do you think he didn't play?

From what I saw he played and he mostly was ineffective.

i think the bigger problem is at LB. Even when the line played a particular play well, nobody showed up to clean up. I noticed Barr not taking on blockers on a couple plays and just leaving gaping holes. What a disgrace.

Your missing the context of which I made that statement. Was reffering to 2014.

The o-line is just terrible. Did we even offer mathis? I don't think we did. I guess he turned down 5.5 million from one team for possible 4 with the broncos, but I don't even remember hearing about the Vikings looking at him.

We're not gonna score many points at all this year if we don't make some changes on our OL. Aside from that, I'm going to naively think the rest of the team looked like garbage because they were playing past some players' bedtimes. 10:30 pm ET kickoff is absolutely ridiculous for a non west coast team.

It may be. They have no offensive line and no competent LB play. How much can they turn that around? That will determine how the season goes.

Yeah, and I can also say if AP played last year Teddy would have more yards passing and Td's also. So its all speculation cuz there is no empirical data.

Yes, exactly. So what the hell leads you to believe that JM is equal to or greater than one of the greatest to ever play? Nothing.
