So crazy how certain fans consistently second guess and criticize nearly every move made by this team
Walsh kicking at a Pro Bowl level with a record number % wise of kicks made over 50 yds., CP makes the Pro Bowl his rookie year, Kalil playing at a Pro Bowl level his rookie year. I would say that speaks volumes for the scouts and Ricky. For what ever reason/reasons they have diminished in skill (and I believe that they will all return to their previous levels of play), these were great picks, at the time just like TB was last year.
Mckinnon did a great job last year and Ricky and the scouts IMO did a very good job of getting him in the 3rd round. He played great and rewarded the team, in the absence of AD, with that pick. Look at his stats for other running backs last year that were picked way ahead of him. He far exceeded most of them.
Do not mistake KINDNESS for WEAKNESS!
Best to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool rather than open it and remove all doubt.

Yeah I agree and I'm not sure why anyone would be down on McKinnon. My guess is, Rick saw a great 3rd down back to spare AP. A Chester Taylor type back that is more athletically gifted. McKinnon would be a good receiving back on 3rd downs. Its just that we didnt get to see that last year because he was forced into a starting role which I thought he did pretty well with.

Even crazier how certain fans never second guess or criticize any move.
Especially considering the win percentage of the team over the last number of years.

I think all of us have criticized moves. Just not every day like you. Lets be honest, the vikings could win the SB this year and you wouldnt give Spielman credit for anything so lets not go there

That was one of the best lines from Kramer. I also liked when he had the Merv Griffin set in his apartment and he asked George what it was like to date Jerry.
The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018

Yes, let's not go there. Please.
A reminder for everybody: the rules clearly state that "Good fan" / "Bad fan" posts are not permitted. Disagree and respond to the post, do not attack the poster.

I got half the guys I wanted (Harris, Peters, and Williams). That's not bad. Of course, I'm willing to allow that the Vikings staff might know a wee bit more about these guys than I do. Pleased to see that the staff thinks Yankey is worth a PS slot. I guess he hasn't cut the mustard, but they still see some potential, so I'm hoping he's going to figure it out in another year.
Oh, almost forgot. How bad was Tyrus Thompson to not even make the PS in a position of need!
I still don't see anything in DuBose. Weirdest guy to draft, and now to put on the practice squad, from what I've read and seen. I wonder if BJ has any incriminating pictures of Spielman somewhere.
I was curious about this too, asked Arif about it. although he was cut he cleared waivers and was moved to the Vikings IR. So Technically he is still on the Vikings.

Thanks for clearing that up? When I made my post about him, I did a quick google search and all I saw was that he had been cut.
