Vikings selected UCLA MLB Eric Kendricks with the No. 45 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft.
Kendricks (6'0/232) was the 2014 Butkus Award winner as college football's top linebacker, finishing his career as UCLA's all-time leading tackler. An intelligent individual (32 Wonderlic) and explosive athlete, Kendricks ran 4.61 in Indy with a 38-inch vertical and 10-foot-4 broad jump. Like his older brother Mychal, Eric possesses rare cover skills for the linebacker position and is an attacker in the run game. In terms of on-field skill set, Kendricks has been compared to Cowboys LB Sean Lee by Rotoworld prospects guru Josh Norris. He'll play middle linebacker for the Vikings between WLB Chad Greenway and SLB Anthony Barr.
As much as I like the Waynes pick, I might like this one more. Awesome pick right here. He was a projected first rounder that fell right onto our laps. This defense is looking scary

I was thinking that too. And they are young. Good draft so far!

The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018
we need OL more than anything .. I like LB he is perfect fit for Zimmers system and can play
all downs. He also knows Barr really well and will have no problem getting on the same page.
I'm guessing our starters are Barr Kendricks Hodges .. man that is very fast LB group with versatility
LOVE this pick. Probably the best cover LB in the draft.
Sounds like they're going to play him in the middle, right next to Barr.
Another great thing about this pick (sorry Greenway fans) is that this likely means Greenway will be on the sideline in the nickel package and we won't have to watch him try to cover downfield. Barr and Kendricks have that taken care of now.

wallace is trash, he has bad hands like cordelle patterson and cant run routes.. they are setting teddy up to fail
Relax dude there is plenty of depth at guard and WR. And how is Wallace trash when he scores 10 TDs last year and had a QB that couldnt throw the deep ball?? Good analysis man
