The loss of Cassel is being so overblown. Yes he was a ggod teammate/locker room guy, but Hill is a better fit for this team and cheaper.

If we're playing this game, you could also add a few W's because he had to play in KC for 4 years. Besides that one year in NE, and half a year in Minn with a hobbling Peterson, when was Cassel ever in a good situation?

SF and DET were much better organizations to play for than KC.

KC had boat loads of talent on defense. Bowe (was good at the time) and Charles. They weren't nearly as bad as you make them out to be. Also, when Shaun Hill was at SF, they were awful. Detroit has only had a few good seasons. So I have no clue how you think both those organizations (at the time) were that much better than KC. It doesn't make much sense

Not quite sure SF and DET are MUCH better than KC. Especially at that time

1/3rd of Cassel's career wins came in 2008 with the pats.

22 wins total in the other 10 years.

Yep. They signed him.

Ya think so?

I'd say the two are about the same in total potential.
They will be a fun team to watch though. I can root for the Bills.

So be a damn Bills fan then. If we are in such horrible shape what keeps you here?

Yeah. Their starter was just the Vikings stopgap and all, but yeah, they're in a way better place.

C'mon man. This is a QB driven league. Teddy >

Your post also could have been sarcasm, so maybe clarify. I'm in the process of tweaking my sarcasm radar.

I don't agree with that. Our defense is steadily on the rise and we have a promising QB which Buffalo doesn't have. They also have a bad offensive line to go along with a below average QB. They also have no first round pick this year.

There was no stability in KC. They were going through coaches every single year. I don't think Cassel has has the same OC in consecutive years since he was in NE.

Dont forget, Hill had Megatron to ride on.
