What a snoozer for a 1st half. Hope things pick up in the 2nd half.

Thought the pressure was alright, they flushed cutler a number of times and the Bears are utilizing screens a lot to mitigate the blitz.PurpleKoolaid wrote:Our Dline has gone downhill so fast. We were one of the top sack teams, to almost none now. And Yeah, I know Zimmers teams aernt supposed to sack, but they did at one point this year,.
The biggest problem I see is lack of a running game and conversely the run D still needs improvement although it's better than last week.

Theres just no continuity on offense or defense this year. Had Jennings been a good WR, he would have caught that ball in the endzone from a perfect throw by Teddy. Toguh catch yes. But one the good WR's make. We need Cooper or Parker. Couldn't care less if CP or Jennings were on this team next year (if we could get anything for them, I don't mean just cut them).

Patterson just needs to buckle down this next offseason. The fame got to him during this last offseason, and I'm hoping this year will be a wake up call for him!

Another dropped pass by Jennings and another fluke int off of CP hands. Teddy getting ####.

CP should have caught it, but Teddy deserves a little bit of the blame as the pass was behind him.purplehaze wrote:Another dropped pass by Jennings and another fluke int off of CP hands. Teddy getting ####.

And all that will go against Teddy. CP and Jennings, again. Utterly worthless. Nauseating.

I don't suppose the last two plays will do much to help you change your mind.PurpleKoolaid wrote:Theres just no continuity on offense or defense this year. Dude give me a break. Any WR would have had trouble bringing in that catch. Jennings has had some of the best hands in the league since coming in and is usually very reliable. You act like Jennings is some WR with terrible hands and can't get open.PurpleKoolaid wrote:Theres just no continuity on offense or defense this year. Both of those balls were thrown behind the WRs. Catchable? Maybe. But those are on TeddyPurpleKoolaid wrote:And all that will go against Teddy. CP and Jennings, again. Utterly worthless. Nauseating.

Agreed, but Patterson might be worse than Troy williamson.
