I'm more talking about in a general sense of the whole season. I am 200% more confident in our defense to get a stop than I ever felt last year. It felt like teams scored on us on nearly every possession last season

I have been focusing on the LBs, Cole and Hodge are playing well, has anyone noticed, is Rhode following Alshon? If so, he must be doing alright, no catches for him yet.

Haha. All the defensive passing stats tell us we have been good and definitely improved.

Last week was atrocious, but there's no doubt the pass defence has been better this year, is there? After all, it was 'historically bad' last year, which would have been quite a feat to repeat.

Oh, and they're not driving down the field now....

Its just a really bad game by 2 bad teams. Need to give Teddy another weapon to throw to, and try and manage some type of running game. I Wish we could trade Jenning and his huge contract. Wright and Johnson don't get paid much but do all the work. Maybe we could trade CP and Jenning for a bright shinny silver dollar. OTOH, AD comes back, and a lot of that changes.
