Re: Rhodes to Greatness
ok? Because how much sense does it make to not draft a CB which is a NEED but draft a QB which IS NOT a need?? I don't need to see Mariota's stats or how much he likes him....he's not a need so there is no point. PeriodPurpleMustReign wrote:

There's no argument here Mariota should go no.1 were not going to be there. I'd like to see an addition to the o-line or a top RB come up when we draft. That for me is the need right now.

Dude relax. There is no need for you to tell what to do and what not to do. I'm simply stating that there was no point for the argumentPurpleMustReign wrote: THEN SHUT UP ABOUT HIM!!! You just mentioned him AGAIN!!!

I agree and was just trying to make a point of the fact that if he were available then I would like to see the Vikings draft him. Then comes the constant assault from PHP on how foolish that would be.UKno1VIKING wrote:There's no argument here Mariota should go no.1 were not going to be there. Rhodes was thrown at, what, twice today? He is one of the shutdown corners in the NFC imo. And Mariota talk? LOL. From the dude who thought #7 was the second coming of Christ. Thinking we need a QB to replace Teddy.

He's playing like a man amongst boys right now. Even when the Jets were able to get the ball into the receiver's hand, Rhodes got his hand in there and ripped the receiver's hands apart.PurpleKoolaid wrote:Rhodes was thrown at, what, twice today? Love this guy.

Go ahead. I dare you.

Re: Rhodes to Greatness
Assault?? Dude what are you talking about?? You're saying we should draft him if he's there and I'm saying its a waste of a pick. Where is there any kind of assault?? Obviously I'm not going to sit here and say "yeah PB, you're right, we should draft him" when I am completely against the idea. Hence, why I am making a point of why we shouldn't draft him. It's part of being on a message board. The fact that nobody has agreed with your statement to draft a QB should tell you something. It has nothing to do with me having a "man crush" on Teddy. He's a young, promising QB that WE JUST DRAFTED, has played good and is getting us wins with limited offensive talent. Why wouldn't anyone or myself want to keep Teddy going forward and fill other holes?? Its common sensePurple bruise wrote: I agree and was just trying to make a point of the fact that if he were available then I would like to see the Vikings draft him. I love how a Xavier Rhodes thread turned into a childish debate about Mariota.
