The line can't hold up long enough for a 4 or 5 yd routePurple Reign wrote:Why don't receivers run past the 1st down marker on 3rd down?

One thing I honestly can't get, all prior hate aside.
From 6 passes we can all agree Ponder is not good, like 0 hope. How did he get drafted so high? I just don't get it , what was ever seen?

I don't think Wright was supposed to turn that route so far inside.

Lol at GB? I doubt they call a single penalty. The Packers can tackle while the ball is in the air and I doubt we see a flag.me4get wrote:another hold on the punt and no call.

Possible Ponder threw it thinking he would get a contact or holding call too.Mothman wrote:

That short drag route should be designed with a pump fake in mind to draw those middle defenders with it while the real target drops in behind those defenders. Problem with Ponder is, he just sees one receiver on any given play. The dude has no ability to read multiple options.Laserman wrote:Back to chilliball. Throw short of the first down marker. But can't Ponder adjust to what the WR is doing? Even if Wright ran it too far inside, if Ponder thinks he's open he's got to go to where the receiver is, not to where he should have gone.Mothman wrote:

Refs still owe them for the replacement ref fiasco.PurpleKoolaid wrote: Lol at GB? I doubt they call a single penalty. The Packers can tackle while the ball is in the air and I doubt we see a flag.
