Hi everyone. First post here. Here's a little tidbit of info that some of you might find interesting. In Brady's last 70 games, only once has he failed to produce a touchdown. That failed td game was orchestrated by Zimmer's defense.

And yep, our O matches up very well against their D and our D matches up very well with their O. It's football so anything can happen but it looks good for us.

On the Zebra Watch ... Tony Corrente's crew has been assigned to the Pats-Vikings game. That's not a bad draw. Could have been worse (as in Jeff Triplett).

Corrente worked the Broncos-Colts game last week. They called 16 penalties; league average for Week 1 was 13.8. They also called 5 defensive holding & illegal contact fouls which was tied for first. If they're going to call it tight on the DBs that probably favors the Pats.

Historically Corrente's crew generally calls less penalties per game than the league average, and it's pretty even between home versus visitors (last year it was 85 home / 87 visitors)

Cheatriots have been somewhat mediocre since spy-gate. Yes they're tough to beat after they've suffered a loss but this isn't that former system, they'll have no advantage. They're well coached and still have good talent, that's why they don't suffer loss streaks.

The Vikings are on the up-swing and the Coaching has become both stable and appears reliable. Talent wise this team can compete. Offense only needs the Defense to hold it's own and not put it all on them.

I like the home team in this one. We have the potential for a statement game.

Thank God Ron Winter has retired. That POS was the worst ref in the entire NFL. Triplet has seem to assumed Winter's role as the worst in the NFL.

It is a shame Mike Carey retired as well - that guy was solid.

I don't think theres enough time to suspend him now before a game on sunday is there? Seems like this hasn't been figured out one way or the other yet.

ESPN is reporting that the Vikings have deactivated him for Sunday's game. There's a warrant out for his arrest so I don't see how he could have played.
