Receivers are permitted to wear 1-9 during the preseason when there are no numbers in the 10s or 80s available.

Nail biting time. Vikes only up two scores with half the fourth quarter to go. Can ponder drive us down the field to ice the game?

Think the coaches want to see how the 3rd string o-line run blocks.

Banyard, IMO. And the Vikings went 4-0 in the preseason in '98 and in '01. Two dramatically different seasons. But as has been mentioned, it's still nice to win.

So, Theilen and Exum injured. Anyone else get hurt?
It's time to take back what was rightfully ours in '98....and '09!!

I would keep Banyard or Williams ahead of Asiata, but for whatever reason Spielman basically said it was between Banyard and Williams if they decide to go with 4 backs. So it's AD, Asiata, and McKinnon for sure. Williams reminds me of a bigger slower version of AD, he's got some moves and finishes hard. I just don't know what they see in Asiata. Maybe he's a better blocker/receiver, idk.

Exum was back in for the last series so he should be okay. Probably doesn't make the roster though.
