Oh, I don't know, maybe because you are the one escalating the topic of Sharrif Floyd being a bust? It is pretty evident by your statement here you like to entice others.
It's not my fault most people on this board can't ignore posts. I don't entice others at all. If I think Floyd is a bust, that's my opinion right? But no, it's my fault that people don't agree with my views so I must be doing this on purpose. I'm assuming most of us are adults here, therefore when someone posts something you think is ridiculous, it shouldn't be hard to ignore that person.

Sometimes it is hard. A lot of us suffer from this syndrome:
“Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that.” --- Bill Shankly
I'm going to say the same thing I said in the Manziel thread. If Floyd can prove me wrong and show out, I'll give him his credit. Until then he's a 1st round bust in my mind until proven otherwise.

It's stupid to judge someone as a bust after 1 year especially when they are playing behind an established veteran. should Aaron Roders be considered a bust since he didn't do anything his first 3 seasons? It's fair to say that he didn't quite do what we expected him to do, but to say he is a bust is just plain stupid.
yup. looks like we've found Floyds replacement... I assume we'll be seeing that awful bust being cut within the next few days so we can salvage some money off of this worthless mistake

The problem is, you have nothing to backup Floyd being a bust. It's nearly impossible to say someone is a bust when they play 34% of snaps of their rookie season. You just say he did "nothing" and leave it at that. Sorry but that's not proof in my eyes nor anybody else's. I'm sure a lot of people said guys like Nick Fairley and Dontari Poe were busts too after they did "nothing" in their rookie seasons

Dang you got some big balls posting a pro bowl prediction on you're first post. I like it though, I think playing next to Linval Joseph will be big for him. Because of Linvals size he'll command a double team at times and that should free up Floyd to make plays. Only thing that's worries me about him making the pro bowl is that he doesn't have a history of getting a lot of sacks and that contributes a lot to pro bowl consideration usually. Welcome to the board though, I like people who have strong opinions even if i don't always agree because it makes for good discussion.
Thank you. I just call it how I see it . An I know love makes you blind sometimes lol. I told everybody what type of player patterson was gonna be before he ever put on that number 84
I think it's safe to say that this is a good indication of how the Vikings feel about Floyd.
In all seriousness, I wonder what it says about their interest in bringing back Kevin Williams. I have a hard time believing Johnson will bring more to the team than Williams could so I hope they re-sign Kevin. I'd like to see him finish his career as a Viking and more importantly, I think he still has something to offer the team as a DT.
What good is an old run down DT with the team where it is? We need to work on getting some young guys ready to go. Not giving snaps to guys because of what they've done in the past for the team. We need to worry about the future!

I agree. But based on what I read earlier today, it's looking unlikely:

Bummer. Thanks for the link though...
It will be tough to see KW in another uniform if he signs elsewhere. I think he still has game and value at his position.
Anyone know if he has interest in coaching?
Don't hate on my Buckeyes. Some of the best Vikings went to Ohio State.
