What do you mean? It's a perfectly cromulent word

All of which is over 30 or hurt...D sucks but we have talent.
At this point, forget super bowls. No matter who we hire to replace Frazier, they aren't winning a super bowl with this talent or holding the job for long most likely.Don Shula is the only HC or QB to win a SB with one team and win with another.

I thought Fraiser got cancelled years ago.Laserman wrote:Speilman, Frasier, Musgrave , and the Defensive Coordinater and all assistants need to go, can't do that now. Doubt Frasier makes it through the season though
Which is on Spielman.80 PurplePride 84 wrote: You don't think Griffen has talent? And are writing Floyd and Rhodes off already after 6 games?
There's definitely is a lack of talent though.
I really want Cower too....some say he is outdated(not sure what that means). We got a ton of money to spend and I don't see how he couldn't right the ship that Childress tilted. I like the DC from the Browns to take over as HC if Cower wanted GM.80 PurplePride 84 wrote: I guess it's the same as how since Ponder blows Cassel and MBT are awesome.
Holmgren is a good coach but isn't a very good GM. He's getting up there anyway. If we're going that route, I'd rather the hire Parcells.
I want Cowher but it seems more than likely we hire an up in coming coordinator or college HC like most teams are doing. I doubt they go with a retread.
Highly doubt Spielman is out. And I wouldn't necessarily trust Cower as a "personnel guy." Let the man play to his strengths: coaching.PurpleKoolaid wrote:I really want Cower too....some say he is outdated(not sure what that means). Re: Horton: He is a former DB, coached a Cardinals' defense that had 80 sacks and 32 interceptions over the last two seasons and has 17 years experience coaching secondaries, including three Super Bowl years in Pittsburgh (and three years with least points allowed). I like him a lot. Would have to pair him up with the right OC, though (Hue Jackson, though I doubt he'd be allowed to interview for a lateral position).PurpleKoolaid wrote:We HAVE to be a run first, too much invested in AD. I do like the rest of you post though. Glad Horton has more support. Im sure a lot will want an OC for next HC, but D first in my book.
Then we're screwed for the next 3-5 years....and that's only because he'll only last 2-3 before he's finally fired.Highly doubt Spielman is out.
