Our high school offense is even more obvious seeing what the Panthers did. And other teams week in and week out...

And how about the guy responsible for putting this roster together

He shoulders a significant amount of the blame. However, his job is not likely in jeopardy so the highest up the chain where we might see a change will be HC.

I would say Frazier is now on the clock. Chiller was fired in week 10 after a game like this at home vs the Packers. We play the Packers at the dome in week 8 ... just putting that out there haha.

Having said that, we probably don't want Frazier to be fired and here's why ... after Green got fired we got Tice, after Tice got fired we got Childress, after Childress got fired we got Frazier ... do you see where I'm going with this lol? We seem to end up in a worse situation after someone gets fired. If we fire Frazier we'll probably end up with Alan Williams.

Ahhh screw it, FIRE EM ALL!

This coaching staff is history and THEY all know it.
A successful coach needs a patient wife, loyal dog, and great quarterback - and not necessarily in that order.

Frazier was SO lucky Childress was fired mid-season and that the Vikings won some meaningless games in 2010 with Frazier filling in.
Pull yr 84 jerseys out.

I think Alan Williams needs to go immediately. The Ravens changed offensive coordinators mid season last year and won the bowl. I'm not suggesting the Vikings will instantly become contenders with a different defensive coordinator, I'm just saying an immediate change is needed somewhere. And I think we can all agree our poor defense is the biggest reason for our lousy season.

I think Wilf is smart enough to not promote any of our current staff to be HC. He's seen it fail, and I have a feeling he'll be sure to hire/spend enough for a quality coach.

I hope he hires a good outdoor cold weather minded crew. The next group of nobodies will have to coach at TCF stadium for 2 years.

Some dude named Bill who coached Pittsburgh for awhile would be kind of interesting

He'd be interesting, but I have to wonder if he could make a mark in today's game. He coached a smash-mouth style. Would that work anymore? And do the Vikings have the personnel to make that work?

No... I want an innovator and a motivator who surrounds himself with coaches who get the best out of whoever is on the roster. Gruden would be in that vein, but I don't know that I'd choose him. Maybe it's time for Rob Ryan to get a head coaching gig? Anyone from the Belichick coaching tree?

Or, how about looking north. Scott Milanovich would be an intriguing guy. Took the Toronto Argonauts to and won the Grey Cup in his first season as head coach.

what difference would it make who took over the job. At this point the season is over so put the ball boy in as coach and start interviewing any and everyone available for next year.

Mike Singletary in any significant coaching position is hilarious and tragic to me. I've alleged for the last 4 years on this board that his IQ is below 80. I'd be willing to wager $ to test my prediction.
