I thought spinning the football was now a penalty? Why didn't they call that?

it is unsportsmanlike conduct, it's supposed to be called every time.

Well, if they keep playing like this, I don't see how Frazier can keep his job past mid-season. I haven't seen such a flat team since Denny Green's last season.
