Keep the foot on the gas, a blowout would be nice with 40 plus points!

Anticipate is a weasel word. Frazier is too dumb to anticipate what a real QB could do for his team, but smart enough to know he can't put Plinker back in

Unless Cassel falls on his face this game, there is NO WAY Ponder will start. You can't do that to your fan base and star players.
Not to mention getting a contract extension...

Leslie Frazier said Friday that he "doesn't anticipate a quarterback controversy." At this point, I'd say he's right.

Oh yes we will draft a QB, I have already been checking out the QB's available and there are some intriguing onesPurplemania wrote: The only downfall is that Ponder will still be a "question mark" and we won't draft our future QB next year.

Jibberish noted. Cassel aint Montana but he's all we need.

Don't think so - you see it all the time on wide receiver screens and they don't call it.me4get wrote: Not after the throw.

I understand where you're coming from, and I think that's prudent. However, bad defense or good defense, Cassel has made throws that Ponder has not ever been able make.Captain wrote:Not to be debbie downer but we are playing a D that got destroyed last week, lost to the Titans and is 0-3 so I'd take Cassel's performance with a grain of salt.
