I'm probably the biggest supporter of Christian Ponder on this board, but I have to say that this offense responds differently with Matt Cassell in it. The biggest thing a QB can do for their team is make them believe they can win the game. I don't see that belief from the team with Ponder in, at least this year.

I don't see Ponder coming back unless Cassell gets hurt.

Unless Cassel falls on his face this game, there is NO WAY Ponder will start. You can't do that to your fan base and star players.

You can block in the back within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage.

We have a bye. But yes... Cassel looks so much better.

Even if Cassell gets hurt I would not go back to Ponder

I hope that was just coach speak prior to the game, since he didn't know what he'd get out of Cassell

So what's the plan? Run with AD or keep attacking in the air?

Not to be debbie downer but we are playing a D that got destroyed last week, lost to the Titans and is 0-3 so I'd take Cassel's performance with a grain of salt. I'm not complaining just cautious, we've been fooled before.
