If you had told me that we'd be up 10-7 at the end of the 1st quarter with a long TD pass to Jennings I'd have been overjoyed and so would most of you guys. But I guess it's never too early to complain in Viking land...

He sure is throwing with confidence though.Purplemania wrote:Not impressed with Cassell.
I know that isn't always good ... But he's making a decision (yeah, about 40% bad decisions) and really chucking it hard and getting rid of it quickly.
He won't get better at this point I don't think but I can see why KC gave him a shot.

Nice run defense on the draw.

I don't care what anybody here says, Cassel looks much more like a NFL QB than Ponder. He is going through progressions, making a decision and letting the ball fly quickly. Accuracy hasn't been perfect but he is going to force the Steelers to at least think about the possibility of a pass. Adrian will have a good run or two this drive, book it.

You're not the only one. Im sure Ponder will get booed out of the stadium if he starts again, especially if Cassel can lead us with a W.VikingsKid28 wrote:Im afraid Ponder will be starting in week 6
