SKOL! Home cooking gets the ball rolling despite themselves. Vikes 33- Brownies 10. Walsh kicks 4 FG's in the win.

Don't hate on my Buckeyes. Some of the best Vikings went to Ohio State.

I think we win this game but I'm not particularly comfortable with it. It feels ripe for a classic "play down to the competition" display of Viking ball that we have all seen a thousand times before.

I can not envision us scoring 30+ unless D/ST scores a couple TDs again which is unlikely. As bad as the Browns are their D is pretty solid. I could see this being a 10 point game going into the 4th quarter and the Vikings playing their signature 'prevent' defense, the Browns closing the gap and the Vikings holding on for a last second win as a Browns field goal attempt slides by wide right at the buzzer

I hope I'm wrong but my prediction is something like MN 16 CLE 13 in a snooze fest. Every Browns game I've ever seen has been a snooze fest and I don't expect this one to be any different.

42-17

Put it this way: As long as we win I'm good. I want it to be pretty but it doesn't have to be. If we don't win, someone better get me out of jail. :) True story.

I think we will be lucky to put up 42 points over the next 2 games the way Mr. Steele is playing. Maybe we can get 4 D/ST td's...

But you don't hate on the 41-13 prediction made five comments earlier? :) Okay. We'll win 3-2? Happy?

42 was the threshold. 41 is reasonable.

Enjoy the game everyone! I get to watch it w/ my brother who is visiting from overseas. :v): Fire up the grill! It's party time!

I am waiting for the preemptive strike by the naysayers. It will go something like this, "God it was only the crummy Browns, how could they have not won then it will be the crappy Steelers, etc. etc.". What were they saying last season when they beat the crappy Texans, Packers, 49ers
Do not mistake KINDNESS for WEAKNESS!

The Vikings D is bottom 10 in the league in everything you can be bottom 10 in the league with. We must smash a Browns team without
Richardson or the season's done.

Last time AP played these guys he had a rush+reception 200 yarder and 3 touchdowns. If we lose, it is on our defense.

Sorry, no offense I just couldn't resist  I'm as big a fan as there is but Ponder just drives me up the wall. I see no way that we score 40+ points against anybody let alone one of the better Defensive units in the league. I think the Browns will have a burr in their saddle today following the trade controversy and give the Vikings all they can handle. I hope I'm wrong!
