Take away his first carry & he had 17 carries for 15 yards.

The only carries I've seen so far were the TDs but to me, those numbers suggest some serious blocking issues.

The Vikings would have to be really really awful to snag Clowney. He's the #1 pick by leaps and bounds right now.

I bet by the time the draft rolls around 2 QBs are going higher than Clowney. It's not the player - it's the position.

It was. Peterson could barely get out of the backfield on many of the plays. I think I saw him take more TFL in this game than I have over his entire career...

Looked like the usual Peterson zero and negative yardage carries. Maybe blocking issues, but give more credit to an outstanding Detroit defensive line and a secondary completely unconcerned about the Vikings passing offense.

If the Viking get a high draft pick I wouldn't be surprised if they trade back to acquire more first round picks to fill holes at defence because the QB class is thought to be deep this year . Probably end up doing so an putting another first round grade on a 2 round quarter, ill be surprised when we get a franchise qb.

That D-line was in our backfield almost every play both run and pass plays. Our O-line needs to get its act together really fast.

Chad Henne and Matt Moore are better than Ponder. They are backups in Jacksonville and Miami.

There are backups all over this league better than Ponder. And one is sitting on our bench.
Hopefully Frazier being on the hot seat will lead to him benching this scrub sooner rather than later. Don't need another TJoke/Gus situation. Play the better player. You preach it all the time, and then ignore it at the most important position.

Even the good plays by this bum are circus catches of his inaccurate garbage.

Our O-Line played pretty terrible today. I know the Lion's front is pretty good, but wow.

Ponder played poorly, but the line did not help him out either.

QB is not the only problem. Our LBs suck outside of Greenway. Our DBs suck outside of Robison and Smith. The interior D-Line suck. Our offensive coordinator sucks. Leslie Frazier sucks because he doesn't know how to put his best players on the field. I felt bad for Cordarrelle Patterson, he really wanted to touch the ball today but the only time he got to get out there was on special teams. I know he did have one play that went for a 1st down but other than that HOW CAN YOU NOT PUT YOUR 1ST ROUND DRAFT PICK ON THE GOD##### FIELD!!!!

Patterson is a playmaker, he should have been rotated in the lineup or something. This is pathetic. As long as Frazier is coach, we will not be anything more than a wildcard team at best. But how do we even expect to even get there when keep forcing our QB, who already sucks, to throw in 3rd and long situations? I swear, this team can't ever catch a break.

Give the Lions line some credit, Suh, Fairley, and Ansah are all 1st rounders. And very high 1st rounders at that. Detroit may have the best front 4 in the league. That being said, I think our O-line held their own, especially in pass protection, which is where they've struggled most. The Lions are very thin in the secondary and should have been capitalized on.

I don't watch NCAAF, how good is this "Terry Bridgewater"?

I live in Kentucky so I've watched him a few times. He looks like the real deal...but I thought the same thing about Brian Brohm a few years back & that didn't quite work out.

Speaking of linebackers, Greenway looked like he has been training his speed with Manti Teo, he looked so slow. On plays where I am use to seeing him run up and catch the rb before he slips of for a first down, and I seen at least 4 times on plays where I thought he had the guy dead to rights and just ended up getting out ran.

I agree with the lack of use with Patterson. Outside of Peterson, he is your most explosive player. Ya might wanna get him the ball more than once during a game. But our coaches are bamboos who only know how to scratch and sniff their buttcrack.

I think Peterson is much more effective running to the outside. But the coaches insists he keeps running into the middle. Which is a wall that consist of Suh and Nick Fairley. smh

Well when a game is given to you like that against a team like the lions we at one point the score could of been 21-6, you start to wonder who you can beat lol.
