Defense holds again...

I've told people a million times not to exaggerate!
Re: Vikings @ Lions Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 1
Man our defense is so good today, I know everyone will harp on the bend but don't break yardage wise but hey, they got 6 points.

I love how quiet it is at Ford Field right now.

Robison, Floyd, Griffen, and Allen on that last third down as the D-Line.

Vikings have stopped the Lions 5 out of 6 times on 3rd down. Normally they are rough on that. I like all the batted balls, too.

Let's get a long drive here and score, then get the ball back after halftime.

We have been patient for 2 years. No signs of improvement. He had AD wide open before then, but threw to the FB because that's was his first read. He doesn't know how to progress in his reads. He panics too fast. I know this is the first game, and we have no choice but to wait. But some QB's simply cant cut it. And he continues to fall in that area for me.dead_poet wrote: I've clearly said time and again he needs to be better. That is an example of needing to be more patient.

Well, if you want to get really technical, Zombies don't really exist... but, whatever serves the metaphor best.dead_poet wrote: Zombies have brainsThey just try to eat other brains.
