Re: Urlacher
If all else fails, we can try to sign Nick Barnett or Daryl Smith. Either one should be better than what we have now at MLB.

I'm really pulling for Michael Mauti now. If he can avoid the injury bug, he can be our next leader on defense. From what im hearing he can run and move around like everyone else but they're not trying to rush him. He probably wont be doing OTA's but he should be ready by training camp. I hope he can beat out Henderson. Im sure he will if he is healthy.
Kind of shocked and somewhat pleased the Vikings didn't rush and try to sign Urlacher even though I wanted him to play here. It shows that the team is really thinking how to build this franchise without making any quick decisions.

I am really hoping this is the case. I didn't see any of his injuries. Were they multiple fluke hits or does he have weak knees?fiestavike wrote: In terms of value he could be the pick of the draft for us. If he turns out to be a 10 year starter I think he can be, thats a hell of a value for a 7th rounder.

Re: Urlacher
I'm not sure myself but he could definitely use more conditioning in his legs. His legs look small compared to his upper body. Im confident that our staff here will help him with that. This situation is unique to me because I never heard of a player coming back from 3 ACL injuries. To in his left knee and I think 1 in is right knee. I hope he can bounce back, when healthy this guy is a beast.Purple Domination wrote: I am really hoping this is the case. I didn't see any of his injuries.
