Does anyone know when the new Nike Elite jerseys will be released? Just curious because I think either a Cordarrelle Patterson, John Sullivan, or Kyle Rudolph jersey is next in line for me!

The LAST rookie jersey I will every buy was Harvin's.

Ponder wore the long sleeves in the demo.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but I noticed this mroning that only the FIRST number has those "tails" on them. The second number is always normal.

You may have read this but they are supposed to mimic the bow of a Viking ship. They actually do a pretty good job in that regard and it makes it less weird. Not that it makes it necessarily more attractive.

Hmm, cool. They should have done the top of the numbers (like the left side of the first number, and the right side of ths second number) instead... but either way, I love these jerseys!

It can be on the second number as well.

Or it might not be there at all. Ponder's #7 doesn't have the "bow."

I hope they stick to white on white for road games.

The new numbers are starting to grow on me. I think they look better in the full context of the uniform than they do in a closeup shot of just the numbers. Am I going crazy?

Here's what I'll say: I saw these in person on the players at the draft party and they look good with gear on. Fans do not look good repping these in street clothes.

Agreed. I was a little unsure about these at first, but after seeing them on the guys at the draft party--they look good. With that being said, I think my Vikings players always look good, so my opinion is probably a little biased. lol. But no, they really did look good. I even thought about buying one when they were on sale at the family day/other draft party on Saturday, but I decided against it. I did see some other people wearing them, and they looked kinda funny. They seemed to be tight and too small or something. It just looked a bit awkward! Either way, the boys will look good!

They don't use it on the second number at all. If you've seen it, it's either an illusion or a mistake in putting together the prototypes. It's wasn't done to the 2 in Felton's no. 42.

They don't use the effect on a single digit number. Which is just another thing that makes the whole thing look even sillier.

Getting my Harrison Smith jersey next week. In the new uniform design.
What I meant was when can one get the Elite (authentic) jerseys of the new uniform? I already ordered a Greg Jennings uniform as well as both Shariff Floyd and Xavier Rhodes!

Thanks anyway.
