The majority of the grade is their contribution relative to where they were drafted, Jaymar was drafted 193rd. Having a guy do basically nothing when drafted 193rd isn't unusual and you can't say a team screwed up drafting him. Also, cook was a high 2nd round pick. You better get something out of that.

Same. It's not ranking if player x is better than player y. It's how good did they do with what they got out of a pick based on draft position.
