Let us all hope for a similar type result in this year's draft

Last year was an awesome draft. Gets you quite giddy, thinking about what we'll do with all these picks this time around.
BTW anyone else happy to give audie cole a chance at LB. I say we concentrate more on building the secondary and wideout before the LB's.

Excellent video, really well done. I'd forgotten about all of Harrison Smith's interceptions. I see he had three during the regular season (two for TDs), so some of these in the clip must have been in preseason.

Robinson snagged two beauties too! What an upgrade to our secondary. Looking forward to another draft.

Wow! Great video. Thanks for that.

Ahem...of course, you do realize that you now have me way psyched about the upcoming draft... :D

 Did our secondary score more touchdowns than our receivers?

PurpleJarl, unless I'm leaving someone out, the WRs had 4 and the DBs had 3. Scary.

Vikings highlights always give me chills! I even miss all of the commentators' voices. How sad is that? lol I just miss football. Period.

As far as you guys getting excited about the draft--me too! I'll be at the draft party at the Dome. I'm super excited to experience the TWO first-round picks, as well as the *new uniforms*. I have a lot to be nervous and excited about!

As far as those highlights...awesome! I was actually at the Lions, Bears, Cards, and Niners games last year. So, I saw a lot of those things in person! That first long pass to Wright vs. the Lions was on my side (I was row 17 corner of the end zone/Vikings tunnel) and that Harrison Smith TD vs. the Cards happened RIGHT in front of me. I was row 2. I can actually see myself in the highlight videos! :D

I can. not. WAIT until the draft and the start of the season. Is it here yet? Come on...

That last highlight of Blair kicking the Vikes into the playoffs gave me chills.

And that throw from Ponder to Wright was right on the money. Good stuff. Thanks OP.

Especially when you consider we can enter with a content mindset of realising we already own two first rounders, without having to make any moves. Exciting times await.

Huh, I guess I already forgot about him. Who else am I missing? Jenkins and Wright combined for 4. Aroma and Simpson had 0.

lol, couldn't think of him either. Kevin Williams was on to something when he said he couldn't name a receiver on the roster.

That Ponder to Wright play was so damn exciting in the context of that GB game. We hadn't seen a bomb in so long and then that comes out of nowhere, right when we needed it. Check out how slick that route is run by Wright. He has a really nice fluidity about him and some serious speed. Can't wait to see how he develops this coming year.

I feel the same way. I'm excited about Wright's potential. Having seen him play as a Razorback, I knew the kid could get deep and make big catches. It was great seeing the Vikings use him the same way, especially in that particular play.
