I think they'll strive to keep all 3. Let Allen play his career out, he has earned it.

I didn't realize Allen, Robison, and Griffen's contracts all expire in the same year. That is going to be interesting.

Yep, Griffen's cap number should being going up by $4 or 5 million in 2014. Ouch.

Going to be a lot of decisions to make this year. We've beaten the Percy Harvin situation to death, but look at all the other big names that will be looking for contract extensions at the same time.

More than a couple of these guys won't be back in 2014. Could this be Winfield's last year with the Vikings? Kluwe's? On the positive side, maybe it will also be Charlie Johnson's and Joe Webb's last.
Signed through 2013

• DE Jared Allen ($17,063,956)
• CB Antoine Winfield ($7.25 million)
• DE Brian Robison ($6,666,668)
• G Charlie Johnson ($4.35 million)*
• WR Michael Jenkins ($3,916,668)
• WR Percy Harvin ($2,678,800)
• NT Fred Evans ($1.75 million)
• P Chris Kluwe ($1.45 million)
• CB Chris Cook ($1.25 million)
• HB Toby Gerhart ($958,500)
• DL Everson Griffen ($710,000)
• QB Joe Webb ($598,131)
• LB Tyrone McKenzie ($555,000)
• LB Larry Dean ($555,000)
• QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson ($482,500)
• RB Matt Asiata ($480,000)

I think they try to work out an extension with Allen such that his cap number is significantly reduced from what it is now. Signing Harvin long term is going to cost around the 5 year 40-50 million range. I'd be interested to see how they handle Robison and Griffen; if Griffen continues to improve he's going to demand a decent sized contract and I don't think they are going to want to invest a significant amount of money in all 3. I think Gerhart's gone, Webb is gone, Kluwe will probably be gone, depending on what we do at WR in this year's draft and free agency, Jenkins will either restructure his contract or he'll be gone. This is cook's make or break year, I think if he ends up hurt again this year they'll probably let him walk as well. I think they extend Winfield for another 2 or 3 years

It will be very interesting to see how they handle the DE......it will be very difficult to keep all 3.

I think Griffen should be the #1 priority. He's the future.

Everyone seems to think Jared is much older than Robison, but he's only actually 1 year older (though I suppose he has more miles). So there isn't a huge "youth" advantage for Robison. Hopefully Allen will be willing to take a significant pay cut, but we will see....

I suspect they'll extend/ restructure Allen very soon. Then deal with Griffen and Robison. I doubt they'll let all 3 happen in the same offseason. I still think they'll do whatever it takes to keep all 3. Most teams struggle to find an elite pass rusher. This team has two good ones plus an elite. Given the success the Giants have had with such a front I think they'll pay up to keep the talent in place.

Jenkin's age and mediocre production will eventually be his undoing. At some point Spielman and Brezinski will be like "we need $$$, who is expendable?" Jenkins' name will be at the top of the list.
