Thats the game.
Vikings fan since Nov. 6, 1966. Annoying Packer fans since Nov. 7, 1966

Someone start a draft thread in the next couple of weeks.

Webb is absolutely clueless.
What a shame our season has to end like this.

He hasn't been that terrible, considering what he has to work with. It seemed like Ponder was improving there towards the end of the season. I doubt he's spent a huge amount of time on Joe Webb. Ponder was considered a somewhat safe project coming out of college...but project generally means that they'll go through some serious bumps if you start them too soon. Webb isn't a NFL quarterback and he never was, and THAT is something I'd blame squarely on the Vikings coaching staff. Joe Webb is a WR/emergency quarterback.S197 wrote: Craig Johnson
I'm sure they could do better at QB Coach, though.

Webb has absolutely no pocket presence.

Heh, you got it. My favorite time of the year. Mostly because...well, we're Viking fans.headless_norseman wrote:Someone start a draft thread in the next couple of weeks.

4th-and-3, you send everyone out, let the rush come up the field, pick a gap, and hit it. First down almost every time. It should have been a called QB keeper.

Back in the mid 90's I discovered a Bears bar in Lake Havasu. They were actually great, but it sucked when we lost.Rus wrote:...and I returned home at half time because I couldn't deal with the mob of idiotic Packer fans (and these aren't even Wisconsinites...these are West Coast Packer Fans that couldn't even name the GB backup RB in a pop quiz) behind me down at the bar.
Not enough Viking fans in downtown Portland to feel miserable with.
