That down was the epitome of what I'm talking about. 3rd and 10 and still in a tight set. If you're going to run a draw, spread the field out to at least get some of the corners safties out of the box.

It shows what a lack of confidence the coaches have in Ponder that they would hand off to Harvin on 3rd and 10 on their own 10 yd. line. If your QB can't be trusted to attempt to convert a 3rd and 10, why is he in there?
