He's certainly one of the main reasons and it's not just his ability to make adjustments and the right throws, it's also his ability to make accurate throws. It really underlines one of the main shortcomings of TJ's game and it's helped the Vikes to this 5-0 start.
the vikings defense hasnt played exceptionally well and AD hasnt been running wild as of late. the rams actually had more rushing yards and about the same amount of passing yards, and the rams won the T.O.P.
i'm glad the rams decided to turn the ball over. the vikes better buckle up when they play the steelers and ravens.
They'll have their work cut out for them. My biggest concern against the Steelers is the Vikings ability to protect Favre against Dick LeBeau's zone blitz packages.
The Ravens lost their second game in a row today. They'll come into Minnesota ravenously hungry for a win next week.

We're often wrong, sometimes right, but we all want the Vikes to win a Super Bowl before we die.
Even if it's with Brett Favre as QB. That's how badly we want it!
The usual "fans" dogging Childress, Tahi, Johnson, the defense and anything they can find to criticize and seem to love doing it.
As the game progresses and Tahi starts making plays, and Tyrell Johnson makes some plays then they look for other sources, anything they can find to criticize
You mean in garbage time up by two touchdowns they finally do their damn job. And yes, we're going to call them out for stupid stuff, or playing poorly. Which they did, Tahi jamming up holes and Johnson blowing coverages. Childress with his usual garbage clock management. Because WE'RE fans, WE want the team to succeed. We aren't happy with garbage players or coaches hurting our teams chances at winning. If you're happy getting drilled by the Eagles round one of the play offs because Tahi Johnson and Childress get exposed for what they are, fine "fan" have fun with that.
I guess some of us expect just a bit more out of the team we're a fan of then drilling bottom dwelling garbage teams the first handful of weeks of the regular season. And are *gasp* going to actually point it out when players play like crap. I'm more then willing to give Johnson credit, or even Tahi, if they make a play when it actually matters, but funny...they rarely if ever do.
i wonder how much of a blowout it would have been if the rams didnt fumble, bumble, and stumble. i'm also glad we just won. but the ravens and steelers are pretty effiecient with the ball and dont make many mistakes. vikes better do ther homework.

You know in every game you can say what if....doesn't mean anything..or it means our defense just did that good.

I agree here for the most part. Coulda/Woulda/Shoulda can be played on both sides, but what matters is the final outcome. Of the turnovers, I see the Greenway fumble as good defense. Where I get concerned is when it is the other team that makes the mistakes (Dropped ball on a handoff/pass is not something you can rely on when you play good teams. OTOH that is why good teams need a last minute score to win, vs beating the bad teams by a large margin.
I've told people a million times not to exaggerate!
EJ Henderson has been pretty terrible this year. He was out of position and caught up in traffic over and over again today...AGAIN. I keep waiting for him to get it together but he just seems slow to get where he needs to be this year. If he doesn't improve we are going to need to find another MLB to get anywhere.

i dont think the steelers and ravens will play that sloppy. youre right though 5-0 is all that matters. not stats and what ifs. packers will also play much better the next time around.
I agree you can't count on them things in a game that seem like a fluke...but in the end isn't that what wins games? So the whole hypothetical thing doesn't matter.
Its always about who wants it more/plays harder/gets lucky...how ever you want to word it.
