It'll be interesting to see what happens but it looks like the market wasn't as hot as Harris expected.

I wouldn't give him a ton. I think he had his career year then got franchised. He should have signed long term coming off that season imo. I'd take him within reason though.

Not really surprised since Harris sucked last year

I would offer him him a prove it contract and if that don't work see ya. He's not worth much or he would be gone already. FA always works like that. The wanted players don't sit around long. The top Gs were gone like that.

He's worth something for continuity on defense, beyond that he's just a guy. Vikings tried to get cute in franchising him last year thinking somebody would trade for him.

Agree. Just a guy.

He really fell off the map last year. Wasn't even a good tackler, which he'd always been before.

If the Vikings can sign him for cheap, fine. Otherwise, let him test the free-agent market. He'll never make what he made last year. Dude hit the lottery.
