The Monday night game against the Packers exposed this team for what it is and that is they are total frauds. Understanding that Dalvin Cook and Alexander Mattison neither played, but other teams have injuries as well. This 2019 Vikings are 1-4 against teams with winning records and that is inexcusable. In the playoffs all the teams are going to be good so they have their work cut out for them.

The Monday night game though against arguably your biggest rival and you come out of that game with only 7 first downs!!!! The offensive line was the absolute worst it has played all year and at Home with possibly winning the division. The team looked flat and they played without any emotion. THEY LET THE PACKERS COME INTO THEIR HOUSE AND OWN IT!!! The offense and defense can take ownership of this debacle, but again, MIKE ZIMMER did not have them in a good position to win along with the horrible play calling by Kevin Stefanski.

They are frauds and until they beat a good team with a winning record....THEY WILL STILL BE A FRAUD!!!

Fraud isn't the correct descriptor. They are a good team that can't beat the top teams. That's been the story line as of late. Like all teams they have issues. On O the line isn't good enough. On D we can't stop the run when needed and our secondary as a whole is below average. We are a wild card. They were 8-7-1 the year before. Based on record they have improved. We all know we won't make the Super Bowl. We couldn't even win the division. We could win our opening playoff game and then the gig is up.

So, are the patriots for real? If they win the Super Bowl, will they be awesome? Why don’t you look at their dismal record and decide if they win it all, will it be because they are great or is it because they had a putrid schedule.

They aren't frauds. They are a good team, an above average team, whose ceiling is capped by the demeanor of their QB.

I think the Vikings have a talented team. But I feel the coaching staff isn't doing them any favors...On both sides of the ball.
Stef called a terrible game against the Packers, and he didn't play to Cousins Strengths at all.
Which is part of the problem against better teams.

Agreed completely. Such a talented roster that just doesn't seem to be utilized correctly.
And as the old adage to build ur team from the inside out is being lost on the Offense. The O line HAS to finally be properly addressed. Period.

The worst thing about all of this is after getting beat down on Monday night, were resting starters. Our offense needs to get it #### together. We should be playing all starters that can play this week. We're coming out flat in the WC and everyone should get fired.

I'd like to see how things play out.
I admire the '07/'08 Giants for taking the Super Bowl as a wild card.

They will take a Super Bowl eventually, and this season has more football to be played.

Why would anyone take the chance of getting cousins hurt, Thielen or diggs hurt, stars in the defense, etc. The game means nothing so why risk that? It’s just asinine to think we should have played everyone today

Exactly. The packers and Steelers both won a SB as a 6 seed. And I don’t understand why some guys are getting all bent out of shape regarding today’s game. It was legit a preseason game, who cares what happened. I’m guessing if our starters played we win given the Vikings started all second stringers and we only lost by 2. But what’s the difference between 11-5 and 10-6 when you couldn’t move from the 6 seed? Nothing

Its not but that is YOUR opinion. Our offense is flat and is having difficulty scoring. AT has not been reacclimated to the offense.
Risking playing him and the offense is worth it if, you can get this offense firing on all cylinders into the playoffs.

What was the last good offensive Vikings game you can remember? I know we put up a good amount of points in SD but most of that was because of the 7 turnovers. I would have to go all the way back to the first Lions game. 10/20 or so. Almost 2 months ago.
