2015 Vikings schedule

The full schedule is supposed to be released on NFLN tonight but game info is leaking out today. I read this about the Vikes:
@BradBiggs
#Bears will host #Vikings in Week 8 and play at Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium in Week 15.
I think that second game is late enough in the season to actually be nationally broadcast. If that's a late December night game in Minnesota, it could be very cold!

If I'm not mistaken, the last game of the season is always a division game now so that means either GB or Detroit in Week 16 (or is it referred to as week 17 due to the bye?)

In keeping with the tradition of the last couple years, wanna play week 17 for the division? You would give GB a chance to complete the trifecta.

Week 15 Vikes vs Bears could make for an interesting choice for primetime , but I doubt anybody will be interested in the Bears at that point in the season.

Sounds good to me! Then the Vikings can beat GB like they did in the final regular season game in 2010. ;) Hopefully, things would go better in the playoffs than they did that year though...

Seriously, I would be excited if the division came down to a regular season finale between the Vikes and Packers. That would be fun!

Who knows? The NFL can be pretty unpredictable. The Bears definitely have a lot of work to do, especially on defense, but it's not like that team doesn't have some talent and they brought in a strong coaching staff. Maybe they'll be overachievers in 2015 instead of underachievers.

I just hope the Vikes are still interesting at that point.

Love the Monday game, but that gives us a short week for the lions in Week two

Interesting they gave us that game last... Wondering if their assuming fighting for play off spots in that game?

That early Bye week stinks, and the last half is tough.

Glad we close out the season in Lambeau though.

Our start is critical, we have half of our divisional games in the first eight games
Both Detroit and the Bears in back to back road games ...

If we go 5-3 or better in this stretch we make the playoffs IMO

That stretch from week 11 to week 14 could be very rough!

Honestly the only way the Packers don't get another division title is Rodgers health, without Rodgers,
they suck.

MNF week 1 vs Niners. That's cool and I think should be a win to start the season!

Yeah, that grouping would be rough anywhere during the season, to have it late season is just mean though. Although if the Vikes are in the hunt for Playoffs it will tell us what to expect based on how they do.

First thoughts - just hunches:
L @ 49ers
W Detroit
L San Diego
L @ Denver
5. Bye
W Kansas City
L @ Detroit
L @ Chicago
W St Louis
W @ Oakland
L Green Bay
W @ Atlanta
L Seattle
L @ Arizona
W Chicago
W Giants
L @ Green Bay

Whoops. Not what I was hoping for. Let's hope the 49er's are as dysfunctional as they appear, and that we don't really lose at woeful Chicago again.
