Frazier seems to be running out of rope and after the past two games, combined with what looks to be another embarrassment to be delivered next Sunday on Prime Time, we could be near the end of the Frazier era. With that in mind, who would you like to see as the new head coach? Not as an interim but as a long term solution to our mediocrity? Should we get a coach with experience? Maybe get Gruden? Cowher? An up and comer? A "players" coach? Or a disciplinarian? I for one would like to see some fire and emotion on the sideline and some accountability for crap play. This season is a loss, there is no where positive for it to go. The only thing left is to dream about getting the perfect coach, high draft pics and a renewed sense of optimism for next year.

I want someone truly innovative, offense-minded, who surrounds himself with quality assistants who are not beholden to a system, but who know how to get the best out of the players they have.

I am really more and more intrigued by 2 guys - Scott Milanovich from the Toronto Argonauts in the CFL and Chris Petersen from Boise State.

I don't want Gruden. Some of the things he said tonight leads me to believe he isn't too bright.

I would love Cowher but know it wont happen. Cowher and a real solid OC could turn this team around first season.

I would hire Brian Billick just so he can finally learn the names of the players on our team.

Gruden wouldn't be horrible. He makes a lot of good points, and he seems to have some b@lls!

I can think of at least 3 sports announcers I'd take as head coach of Frazier right now which isn't so much a compliment to
Billick, Jaworski and Gruden but rather an indictment of Frazier.

The last thing I wanna see is Mike Singletary, by the way. Get somebody out of house. Trade draft picks and cash to land a guy.
Lure a college hotshot in. Do something, anything, but don't promote another cut-rate, league minimum dummy from "in house."

I suppose I could stomach Mike Priefer interim but he should NOT be head coaching or OC.

Coaching is RIGHT NOW the biggest problem.

No college coaches, we don't need that army drill sargeant bs, it is already difficult enough getting decent FA on this team. Just find someone with a Super Bowl win. There will probably be five available after this year.

Somebody, please go give this man a call, and pay him anything his heart asks for. Lets get a proven coach who knows what it's like to build a championship caliber team.

Ray Horton + Hue Jackson as HC/OC? Jackson is a great OC IMO.
