Does anyone else think this offense looks just like the KAO the bald wonder installed or is it just me?

We brought in a guy to run the same type of offense. We drafted a quarterback with the same type of skill set. We emphasize the same things on offense. :wallbang:

OK, if thats the case....my next question is: since it did'nt work the last time, what makes the brain trust think it will work now?

And Spielman is to blame for alot of that.

Personally I'm fine with all that, I like Rudolph as a pass catching tight end, that's way more useful than a blocker like kleinsausser. I like Kalil's size / skill set, and it's probably a little too early to say on Ponder still. The system is fine as well but I don't think musgrave is the guy to run / call it so we probably agree there.

If they replaced musgrave with someone who knew what they were doing I think the offense would be "serviceable" even with the guys we have.

The defense on the other hand...

My question is who decided to hire Musgrave? If it is leslie frazier then he needs to go! The guy failed at OC twice and Frazier being a defensive coach tought he knew better than everybody and saw something in him? To me it sounds like another one of Frazier let me hire the people I am friends with and know and not based on their coaching skills. Even the guy he hired at DC looks to be incompetent, another one of frazier former coaching colleague in Indy. I am sick of him trying to be the next Tony Dungy!

Now I am starting to see why Frazier kept getting interviews but never got hired, cleary they saw something that led them to back away.

Finally if Spielman hired Musgrave then he needs to go as well because clearly he has no clue!
