Probably have a 1.5 to 2 billion expansion fee by than, and at least 1.5 billion for a stadium with inflation. I think that's the idea. The Wilfs have pledge over $400M dollars toward the construction of a new stadium. If the Wilf's are willing to spend hundreds of millions, then spend it on the current stadium to bring it up to par. It's been done with many other stadiums. Soldier Field was basically torn down and rebuilt. It cost almost $600M and that was 10 years ago (which, IIRC, is about what billy joe had a new stadium costing back then).
